Mr. Guido Abbruzzese, age 85, of Boca Raton, FL , died Saturday February 20, 2010 . Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Anthony and Margaret (DiBenedetto) Abbruzzese. He is survived by his 2 sisters; Edith Bartlett and Violande Abbruzzese, both of Marblehead, as well as several nieces and nephews. Guido had a never ending love of life and chose to live his life to the fullest. He worked, played golf and traveled abroad all the way up to the end of his life.
His funeral will be held on Friday at 8:30AM from the SOLIMINE, LANDERGAN AND RICHARDSON FUNERAL HOME, 67 Ocean St. (Rt 1A) Lynn, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Swampscott at 10AM. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visitation will be on Friday from 8:30AM-9:30AM, prior to the funeral.
